How much time does this require from each manager?

One 90 minute live session each week. Between session activities are integrated into their real work.

How will session time be chosen?

After registration, participants submit availability. The cohort time is selected based on shared overlap.

What if someone misses a session?

Recordings and short catch up guidance are provided so they stay on track with the group.

Do you provide measurement or reporting?

What happens after the cohort?
